With nearly three decades of title industry experience, Rose Boozer brings a wealth of deep operational knowledge and underwriting expertise to the team. Rose began her title journey in 1996 with Commonwealth/LandAmerica before spending 19 years at Barristers Land Abstract, the title company for Howard Hanna Real Estate’s corporate office in Pittsburgh, PA. Throughout her extensive career, she has mastered every angle of the title process—from clearing titles and preparing closing documents as a Closing Coordinator to handling complex escrow research and post-closing mortgage resolutions. Now serving as Title Underwriter in the Carolinas, Rose applies her sharp analytical skills and decades of hands-on problem-solving to ensure smooth, seamless transactions for every client.

 

Outside the office, Rose recently relocated to the NC/SC area to be closer to her growing family. She loves spending quality time with her three adult children, nine grandchildren, and her grand-dog, Pennie. In her free time, you can find her enjoying good music or unwinding with a bit of well-deserved quiet time.
