As our Vice President of Operations, Ronda oversees all internal processes, procedures, and communications. She also serves as our primary trainer for new employees and coaches professional development for existing staff. Using Six Sigma principals, Ronda has introduced and implemented many new operational ideas and efficiencies to better serve our clients, and has developed training tactics to advance talent from within our organization.

Ronda joined Master Title Agency in 2014 as a licensed North and South Carolina title insurance underwriter. During her time with the company she has earned several company awards, including the Barbara Tate Legendary Service Award in 2021. Holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from UNC Charlotte, Ronda is a tenured member of the title insurance industry with over 12 years of experience. Ronda has performed a variety of functions during her title insurance career, including underwriting, post-closing/recording specialist, business development and marketing.

As a native Charlottean, Ronda has strong roots in Charlotte's Westside community, where she enjoys volunteering with her two sons.
